Tristan is a Senior Associate within the experienced team of lawyers working at Gary Rolfe Solicitors. He practices in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Child Protection and Domestic Violence Law, representing numerous clients in the Magistrates, Children’s, District, Supreme and Family Courts.

He holds a Master of Applied Law majoring in Family Law and is also an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, able to assist with Family Law Mediation.

Additionally, Tristan is an Accredited Duty Lawyer for both Domestic Violence and Criminal Law matters assisting either Defendants or Respondents in either the Magistrate's Court or the Children's Court.

Tristan's extensive experience and knowledge is reflected by his ongoing representation of Defendants and Respondents in the Caboolture, Pine Rivers, Redcliffe, Sandgate and Brisbane Courts with respect to a wide variety of matters. He also volunteers his time as a Solicitor for a Brisbane-based Community Legal Centre.
