OUR JOURNEY
Gary S Rolfe Solicitors opened its doors in Caboolture in 2007 after originally commencing the Practice in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay. The Practice has since grown to nine solicitors and three support staff striving to provide quality advice and excellent outcomes for our clients.
We represent clients and take instructions in both Private matters and Legally Aided matters.
Gary Rolfe has approximately 40 years’ experience working as a Solicitor or Barrister in Queensland and the Northern Territory. He is appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer in family law matters and a Separate Representative in child protection proceedings, representing the interests of children in complex proceedings before the Courts. Gary was appointed in 2019 to the Child Death Case Review Panel by the Queensland Minister for Child Safety and has been a long term management committee member for Centre Against Domestic Violence (CADA).
